We connect homeowners with independent local septic, well and water treatment contractors. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, quote, price, guarantee or warrant any work, and no contract for work is formed with us. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the business you choose to hire.
We ask businesses we refer to hold any license their trade requires in Florida and to carry insurance. You should still verify a contractor's license at myfloridalicense.com and ask for proof of insurance before hiring.
Homeowners never pay us. Participating businesses may pay us a marketing fee.
This site and our service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any work performed, or not performed, by any business, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Polk County, Florida.
